• provide generation, optimisation and analytics features
• apply plan limits and process payments
• keep the service secure and prevent abuse
• improve the product and understand how it is used
• send service, billing and support messages

3. AI processing by third parties

To generate media, prompts and reference files are sent to third-party AI model providers acting as processors. They handle the request and return the output; their own policies govern their handling of that data.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using access controls and encryption in transit. We keep account and generated content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics to measure page views and interactions such as button clicks. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site and product. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run JetKreate (hosting, AI models, analytics, payments), with connected platforms at your instruction, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Your rights

8. Children

JetKreate is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn we have, we delete it.
