1. The service

JetKreate is an AI creator workspace for generating ideas, scripts, images, video, voice and packaging, and for reviewing channel performance. Features, models and limits may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country to use JetKreate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JetKreate to:

• create unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit material involving minors
• impersonate real people or generate content that infringes another person's rights
• attempt to reverse engineer, resell, overload or bypass limits of the service
• upload content you do not have the rights to use

4. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so we can provide the service.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the content you generate in JetKreate, including commercially. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble other output; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

5. Third-party models and connected channels

JetKreate routes generation requests to third-party AI models. Their availability, quality and policies are outside our control.

If you connect a YouTube channel, you authorise us to read the channel and performance data required for the features you use, in line with the applicable platform terms. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

6. Plans, limits and payment

Generation is subject to plan limits shown in your workspace settings. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost content.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using JetKreate at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; stored content may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
